Registration will open in July 2023.
The conference will be held concurrently with the World Dairy Expo and National 4-H Dairy Cattle Judging Contest in Madison, Wisconsin, for ease of transportation coordination. Please be aware that National 4-H Dairy Conference delegates may not participate in the National 4-H Dairy Cattle Judging Contest or exhibit cattle at the World Dairy Expo due to time constraints. Also please note that lodging will not be available at the conference site for judging teams due to space limitations.
Fees and Payment: The registration fee for 2023 is still being determined. This includes lodging from Sunday, October 1 through Wednesday, October 4 (checkout on Thursday morning), most meals, and transportation during conference. Additional nights may be reserved at the conference hotel on the Registration Summary form. Delegation Coordinators are asked to submit delegate Registration Forms via email or post by late August. Specific dates for each form are listed at the bottom with all contact information. All fees must be paid in US currency or an exchange fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. The late cancellation penalty is the full registration fee of $450 per person if the cancellation notice is received after noon CDT on September 12, 2023.
Health and Accident Insurance: Each state and province is responsible for obtaining health and accident insurance for their delegation.
Registration Summary: The Registration Summary and payment are due by early September 2023. All payment details will be available when conference registration opens later this summer.
Expectation and Field Trip Forms: These forms are found both on the home page and at the bottom of the Registration page. Youth Expectation Statement and Field Trip Authorization forms must be submitted for each youth delegate. A youth delegate without a signed form will not be allowed to register on-site. In addition, all adults must submit a signed Adult Expectation Statement. NOTE: Signed, original Youth and Adult Expectation and Field Trip must be postmarked or emailed by state/province coordinators by August 29.
Registration and Lodging Fee: The registration fee for each youth and adult delegate covers the costs of conducting the conference, lodging for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, state/province delegation photo, conference pin, bus transportation, recreation, and meals. Participants should contact their state or province coordinator regarding payment arrangements.
